TetraAction is made up of three components:
The TetraMap Workshop is simple and easy to grasp. It looks at people’s behavioural diversity and how we best utilise this to develop strong and efficient teams.
The insights are powerfully reinforced in the TetraAction Challenge with participants completing a range of physical challenges (no need to be athletes) requiring strategic planning, team alignment, time management and clear communication.
We recommend our ‘Decisions, Decisions, Decisions’ as the standard programme for the TetraAction Challenge, yet other programme options are possible depending on the groups requirements.
The TetraDebrief is the critical component linking your newly enhanced behavioural awareness with performance in your workplace and how to sustain this in the future.
