Waverly Conference and Function Room
This large open plan, air-conditioned conference & function room overlooks the Wairoa River & park gardens with scenic river views to enhance the experience.
The room opens onto a large private deck area.
This room is ideally suited for conferences, seminars, product displays and group functions. This room holds up to 200 people depending on the seating plan.
The Waverly Room is available for hire between 8am & 12am.

Catering:
- Tea & Instant Coffee: $2.50 per person
- Filter Coffee: $3.00 per person
- Morning & Afternoon Tea: $8.00 per person (3 mini food items/tea/filter coffee)
- Lunch: $18.00 per person (five items/tea/filter coffee)

Child Care
Waimarino is able to offer a fun childcare service using our qualified staff from our government approved childcare programme, OSCAR and Waimarino Education Trust. They are enthusiastic, flexible with your day’s plans and excellent role models. The ages we accept are 5-14 years.
