If it’s a grade two certification that you require then this is the course for you. This comprehensive course teaches everything from tying your kayak on safely to navigating grade two rapids.

The course is broken into two blocks the first being a flat water day at Waimarino teaching all the basics and the second being a weekend trip to a local grade two river were you will be taught and assessed everything required to gain your grade two certification.

Courses run in September, October, November, December numbers permitting.
