Waimarino Adventure Park 
  1. Waimarino Adventure Park safety rules must be adhered to at all times. These can be clarified by Waimarino staff if clients are uncertain. A safety briefing will be sent out prior to arrival for clients that book online, and a safety video will be shown upon check-in to the Adventure Park.
  2. Waimarino is an outdoor water sports focused adventure park. Payment is for entry into our park and use of our many adventure activities and facilities. We have park staff available to assist with safe and correct usage of our activities.
  3. Your children and children in your care are still ultimately your responsibility whilst in our park, and you will still need to supervise them. This does include accompanying children when they are using activities, depending on their age and ability.
  4. Responsible care will be taken with all Waimarino equipment.
  5. Foul language/swearing or belligerent behaviour is not permitted within our park. Individuals may be asked to leave if behaving in such a way.
  6. Waimarino is a smoke and vape free environment at all times.
  7. We do not allow portable gas cookers in the Adventure Park, but do have BBQ’s for hire.
  8. If a cancellation or postponement is made at least 24hrs prior to the scheduled booking, with consultation of the Waimarino Manager, a full refund will be made. For cancellations within 24- hours no refunds will be offered.
  9. Vouchers these cannot be redeemed on public holidays. Vouchers are valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, all requests to extend will be denied.
  10. We reserve the right to change the closure time due to weather or lack of visitors.

Payment for the booking constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Covid19 Specific Information and Terms and Conditions- Waimarino Adventure Park

Covid19 Health And Safety
If you have Cold, Flu or COVID19 symptoms prior to visiting Waimarino, please stay home and call your doctor or Healthline on 0800 358 5453 for advice about getting tested. In the event that you cannot attend due to being unwell or having Covid19 our standard cancellation policy does apply.
Payment of your ticket constitutes the acceptance of these health and safety procedures.

Group Bookings Terms and Conditions

Booking is recommended for groups exceeding 20 people. Your booking will be confirmed and an area reserved for your group upon payment of $200 deposit.

Cancellation has to be made in writing via email to info@waimarino.com

Cancellation outside 14 days = full refund, minus $50 admin fee.

Cancellation within 14 days = no refund.

Cancellation because of weather conditions = full refund minus $150 admin fee. This is to be consulted with Waimarino management. A postponement will not incur any charges.

Cancellation without consulting with Waimarino management = no refund.

If Waimarino cancels the booking (due to safety concerns) we will offer a postponement date. If not suitable, a full refund will be issued.

On the day we will keep a tally of people in your group and ask the group organiser to settle any outstanding balance. Please confirm the tally with our receptionist on the day, if it is not done you will be charged for the total guests we have noted upon entry. We will not revise our tally figures after the day of the booking.

Birthday Bookings Terms and Conditions

Booking is recommended for birthday groups exceeding 10 people. Your booking will be confirmed and an area reserved for your group upon payment of $169 deposit.

Cancellation has to be made in writing via email to info@waimarino.com

Cancellation outside 14 days = full refund, minus $50 admin fee.

Cancellation within 14 days = no refund.

Cancellation because of weather conditions, 48 hours in advance = full refund minus $50 admin fee. This is to be consulted with Waimarino management. A postponement will not incur any charges.

Cancellation without consulting with Waimarino management = no refund.

If Waimarino cancels the booking (due to safety concerns) we will offer a postponement date. If not suitable, a full refund will be issued.
