1. If a cancellation or postponement is made at least 24hrs prior to the scheduled booking, with consultation of the Waimarino Manager, a full refund will be made. For cancellations within 24- hours no refunds will be offered.
2. Vouchers these cannot be redeemed on public holidays. Vouchers are valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, all requests to extend will be denied.
3. We may adjust our closing time depending on weather conditions or the number of visitors.
   Our usual closing time is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, but this can change based on daily circumstances. The exact closing time will be announced on the day. If we close earlier than 6:00 pm (for example, at 4:00 pm), no refunds will be issued.

Covid19 Health And Safety
If you have Cold, Flu or COVID19 symptoms prior to visiting Waimarino, please stay home and call your doctor or Healthline on 0800 358 5453 for advice about getting tested. In the event that you cannot attend due to being unwell or having Covid19 our standard cancellation policy does apply.

1. Waimarino Adventure Park safety rules must be adhered to at all times. These can be clarified by Waimarino staff if clients are uncertain. A safety briefing will be sent out prior to arrival for clients that book online, and a safety video will be shown upon check-in to the Adventure Park.
2. Waimarino is an outdoor water sports focused adventure park with a range of activities, requiring varying degrees of skills and confidence. Payment is for entry into our park and use of our many adventure activities and facilities. We have park staff available to assist with safe and correct usage of our activities. Please see our Activities Page for detailed information
3. Your children and children in your care are still ultimately your responsibility whilst in our park, and you will still need to supervise them. This does include accompanying children when they are using activities, depending on their age and ability.
4. Responsible care will be taken with all Waimarino equipment.
5. Foul language/swearing or belligerent behaviour is not permitted within our park. Individuals may be asked to leave if behaving in such a way.
6. Waimarino is a smoke and vape free environment at all times.
7. We do not allow portable gas cookers in the Adventure Park, but do have BBQ’s for hire for groups, or food can be purchased from Bazzas Burger Bar.

• Minimum 10 people is required for a Standard Birthday Package and Minimum 10 children required for the Ultimate Party Pack.
• Your booking will be confirmed and an area reserved once we have received the full deposit payment. Any additional charges can be settled on the day.

• On the day any additional participants over and above the deposit will need to be paid for prior to receiving entry to the park.
• The Ultimate Party Pack includes a child friendly burger- A Barb burger from the Bazza’s Burger Bar Menu with no pickles and no onion small fries and a Charlies Juice Pouch. OR A cheese toastie, small fries and a Charlies Juice Pouch.
• The Standard Party Package includes a Popsicle from reception- this is a Lemonade Popsicle or a Fruity Tube Popsicle (If neither are available due to stock levels you will be offered an alternative).
• Confirmation of food orders is required 48 hours in advance to ensure stock levels.
• A preferred time for food delivered to your area will be required 48 hours before, our staff will aim to deliver the food 15 minutes either side of this preferred time.

• Booking is recommended for groups exceeding 20 people. Your booking will be confirmed and an area reserved for your group upon payment deposit.

No frills package: $1,200 deposit

Next level adventure package: $1,785 deposit

Full send package: $4,800 deposit

• On the day we will keep a tally of people in your group and ask the group organiser to settle any outstanding balance. Please confirm the tally with our receptionist on the day, if it is not done you will be charged for the total guests we have noted upon entry. We will not revise our tally figures after the day of the booking.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the issuance, redemption, and use of vouchers ("Voucher") issued by Waimarino Group ("Waimarino Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, redeeming, or using the Voucher, you agree to these Terms.

3. Each Voucher may have a specified validity period, after which it expires. Expired Vouchers will not be honoured or extended. Under no circumstances will we provide a refund for an expired voucher.
4. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit. Vouchers cannot be resold or transferred to another individual or entity.
5. Treat the Voucher like cash. Lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded except where required by law.
6. Waimarino Group reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any Voucher or transaction suspected of fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms.
7. Waimarino Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Voucher program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
8. These Terms are governed by the Consumer Protection in which the Voucher was purchased.

• If, in the event of weather conditions deemed unsafe to operate by Waimarino Management, the booking will be postponed to the following weekend.
